Can these wall fasteners be removed from the wall without peeling off the paint?
Yes, VELCRO® Brand HANGables™ Removable Wall Fasteners were designed as a damage-free solution to securely hang decorative items on your wall.
Why is one side of the VELCRO® Brand HANGables™ Removable Wall Fasteners permanent and the other removable?
The “loop” side is removable so that it does not damage your wall when removed. The “hook” side, which attaches to the item you are hanging, is permanent in order to ensure that it adheres firmly to various frame surfaces (wood, metal, plastic, etc.). This also allows you to reuse the product again when you redecorate – just add more loop strips to the wall!
How much weight can VELCRO® Brand HANGables™ Removable Wall Fasteners hold?
VELCRO® Brand HANGables™ Removable Wall Fasteners are available in a variety of shapes & sizes, some of which can handle up to four (4) pounds of weight per set. That’s more than enough to hang most frames, wall collages, clocks, paintings, pictures, or other decorative items. If you need to hang a heavier object on your wall, you can combine multiple sets to hold more weight.
